ALC Tech delivers non-abrasive, eco-friendly laser cleaning for aircraft and industrial components. We help AMOs, engine shops, museums, and powder-coat lines remove coatings and corrosion fast—without blasting media or harsh chemicals. OUR GOAL is to enhance your process, not interrupt it.

What we do

• Paint & corrosion removal on aircraft skin, control surfaces, landing gear
• Engine & component cleaning for housings, mounts, fasteners, frames
• Museum & restoration work on historic airframes and display parts
• Powder-coat support: hooks, racks, carriers, and jigs

Safety & compliance

We operate with IEC 60825-1 laser safety awareness and Health Canada REDR considerations, using appropriate PPE, controlled work zones, and fume extraction practices. Procedures are adapted to partner AMO requirements and site conditions.

• Assessment – photos/parts list, material, areas of concern
• Sample clean – confirm settings, finish, and speed
• On-site service – mobile setup with fume extraction
• Sign-off – results review and documentation as needed
